At Solevi, we take pride in crafting premium genuine leather products with exceptional care and attention to detail. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Product damaged during transit

Incorrect item received
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@solevi.co.in with:

Clear photographs of:

The product
-
The packaging

The issue/damage observed

Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be unused and unworn
-
Original tags must be intact
-
Product must be returned in original packaging

The exchange request must be approved by our team after inspection
Once approved, we will arrange:

Replacement of the same product, or
-
An alternative product of equal value if the original product is unavailable
Shipping for Exchanges
In approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Solevi may arrange reverse pickup or assist with return shipping based on service availability.
Any shipping charges borne by the customer may be reimbursed only after review and approval by our support team.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products showing signs of use

Customized or personalized products

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
Refunds, if any, shall be issued solely at the discretion of Solevi in exceptional cases where an exchange cannot be fulfilled.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
